Silvana Ferlazzo Specialist / Support Coordinator

I am the founder of iCare Connections and I have been registered as an NDIS Independent Provider since 2018. My passion for justice and quality of life is a driving force.

I have 20 years of experience as a community mental health practitioner.  I have worked with some of the most vulnerable people in our community in the areas of complex mental health, at risk youth, domestic violence, disability, forensic and justice.

I am flexible, creative and work holistically with people presenting with challenging behaviours and those experiencing trauma. 

My participants say my strengths are 'empathy, getting things done and moving mountains when needed.'

In my spare time, I enjoy new adventures and travelling, the beach, animals and music.
