Silvana Ferlazzo - Founder and Specialist / Support Coordinator

Silvana is the founder of iCare Connections and registered as an NDIS Independent Provider since 2018. Silvana's passion for justice and quality of life is her driving force.

Silvana is an experienced, accredited counsellor, welfare and community mental health practitioner with almost two decades of experience.  Silvana has worked with some of the most vulnerable people in our community in the areas of mental health, homelessness, complex case management, at risk youth, residential services, domestic violence, disability, forensic and justice.

Silvana works flexibly, creatively and holistically with people presenting with challenging behaviours and those experiencing trauma. Most clients would say her strengths are 'empathy, getting things done and she will move mountains for you to secure what you really need.'

In her spare time, Silvana enjoys travel, new adventures, animals and music.
